9 years ago View Service Metadata and Operations Metadata requirements are covered in the OGC WMTS ATS. Layers Metadata for the part the INSPIRE spatial data set MD record reference are covered by #6 and for the other parts by #11. For Languages, the requirements are covered by #4
The following metadata response parameters shall be contained in a Get View Service Metadata response:
Most of the necessary metadata can be provided through the service Capabilities, as defined in the WMTS Standard [OGC 07-057r7, Section 7.1.1]. These capabilities are mandatory and defined when a WMTS is set up. They consist of server's information, supported operations and parameters values.
