Concerning the tests "A.06.IR08.DQ_ConceptualConsistency.for.QoS.declared.availability", "A.07.IR09.DQ_ConceptualConsistency.for.QoS.declared.performance" and "A.08.IR10.DQ_ConceptualConsistency.for.QoS.declared.capacity", the element Measure Description is also considered in the new version of SDS TG. Add in xPath the element gmd:measureIdentification.
