"In other words, the response (i.e. the GetRecords response XML) contains metadata records of several natural languages"

There is no requirement that a Discovery Service contains metadata records in more than one language. Make sure this test doesn't fail just because the service only has records in one language.

Proposed resolution: change to "In other words, if the system under test contains records in more than one natural language, the response shall contain records in several languages"

Problem: not sure how this condition would be tested.
