In the purpose the word 'properly' is used. This is a vague word to use in the purpose of a test. The next question is then what is meant with 'properly'.

Proposed Change

Tighten up the purpose.

Proposed Resolution

Rephrase test purpose to: "Verification whether the discovery service metadata parameters are included in the GetCapabilities response."

Missed this because the status was changed before I looked. Also, the text seems to have been changed as per the proposed resolution. So the text in GitHub doesn't have the problem described in the Comment. Propose: close issue.
