It should be merged with A.03.01 or delete A.03.01

A.3.1 is a summary of this & the language criteria tests. Keep this one. Also: amend the note: the "duplicities" between tables 4 & 5 are quite deliberate. Table 4 lists all the queryables required by INSPIRE; table 5 lists those which are 'additional' i.e. not commonly implemented in CSW. This test case concerns those in table 5.
