A.1.04 as prerequisite A.2.09 as prerequisite

Not only is A.1.04 a pre-requisite, the usefulness of this test case depends on whether A.1.04 discovered that the system under test supports more than one language.

Proposed solution: list these two pre-requisites

Additionally: separate into three tests:

• issue an invalid request using a valid but unsupported language: the response should be in the default language (& shouldn't be about the language being unsupported!)
• an invalid request asking explicitly for the default language: the response should be in the default language
• conditional on the system supporting more than one language, issue an invalid request using a supported language other than the default: the response should be in that language Note: the TG requirement is worded conditionally "If (the request) ... causes an exception at the service" - this means that the TG requirement could be passed silently: no exception, no response. However, I believe that CSW ISO AP requires a response, at least where the nature of 'invalid' concerns the input parameters - there may be invalid requests that generate no response.
