Does this mean that the hreflang attribute is always mandatory? Or only if other language representations are provided?
The test now checks for existence of the hreflang attribute, but the requirement does not seem to make it mandatory if only one language is provided. Is this interpretation correct? If so, this requirement is not testable. We should remove the ATS then.
"Where alternative language representations of datasets are linked to, the ""hreflang"" attribute of the link element shall be used to indicate the language of the target dataset as described in the Atom specification."
