Same issue as with A.13.IR221.TGR13.datasetidentifiers ('present in the metadata document of the service and in the Download Service feed'). What does present mean?

See #63. Similar proposal:

  1. create a test in another / separate ATS (on interoperability or consistency) to test consistency between metadata documents and service documents
  2. remove the last bullet from A.14.IR221.TGR14.linksToDatasetMetadata.md

test if the dataset identifier in the Dataset metadata record is present in the metadata document of the service and in the Download Service feed

and refer in the notes to the test of the previous point

Discussed in the call on resolution.

Conclusion:

  1. flag all issues regarding Cross-component consistency / interoperability. This issue should be flagged
  2. remove the last bullet from A.14.IR221.TGR14.linksToDatasetMetadata.md

TODO: Finalize this if the label for flagging cross component consistency is added.
