These seem to overlap significantly.

Proposed Change

Consider to merge both test cases.

Agreed, but my proposal is not to change anything. The overlap is already mentioned in the Notes of A.28.IR31.TGR29.datasetFeedDownloadLinkDetails.md:

this overlaps with TG Requirement 26. This requirement gives more details about how to encode the link.

For the ATS it is important to have tests for each requirement (if feasible). The overlap can be solved on the executable test level.

However, we could also request a change in the TG, because of this overlap.

TG Requirement 26 and 29 could be combined I think. Then it makes sense to merge the tests.

No comments received. Conclusion: Don't change anything in the ATS. Request a change in the TG to combine requirement 26 en 29.
