Are WCS and SOS tests to follow, or be included, they are also part of the INSPIRE Download Services Technical Guidance

The SOS ATS and ETS are currently in branches https://github.com/inspire-eu-validation/download-service/tree/tg-ds-sos-1.0 and https://github.com/inspire-eu-validation/ets-repository/tree/sos-tg-1.0. Awaiting checking and testing before merging to master branches. WCS will be looked at over next few months. (Information from validation sub-group telecon today - 17th Jan 2019)
