Testing against an agreed list of terms will only test that the term has been used, not that the dataset can be supplied in that CRS. There should really be a test request using one of the listed CRS.
A white-list of acceptable CRS may help in the testing, but it should be easily updated; as the TG only give recommendations for identifiers. Ideally we would want some sort of resolver to check that any cited CRS is using ETRS89 for the horizontal component.
I propose to move this issue forward to the implementation phase of the ETS. Therefore I set the label to status:wontfix

Testability: refer to note in test case: 'will not be complete without a machine-readable "whitelist" register of the acceptable CRSes with their CRS identifiers and commonly used aliases'
