Redefining the ATS.

Tasks executed

✓ Review of the Requirements of the Technical Guide:specifications.
✓ Dependencies with othertests
✓ XPATH expressions
✓ Format of the file on Github
✓ issues closed regarding each test. Modifications discussed to date.

Most common problems

Add/ Remove requirements in each Test.
Add dependencies for Scenario 2 (Extended Capabilities)
Xpath redundant expressions
Wrong * and format
Delete "input parameter"option of the Xpath expressions
Two checks that are made are two different tests about WMS and WMTS in the same ATS.
