@kaplun as we talked IRL the data from profiles, which are not linked with a Hepname record must be preserved as well.
invenio-beard is capable of creating new hepname records if cluster of signatures cannot be linked to an existing profile, but these profiles will be created based on signatures only, so we lose informations that are stored in profiles, in the legacy system.
The idea is to run a specialized version of invenio-beard that will take care of linking everyHEP paper with an author profile and in case of missing profile will create one based on the profile from the legacy system and signature in contrast of using signature only.
Now I am waiting for the dump from the legacy system that should be finished by Tuesday 26th.
