manual_merge: reject merge #3035

Curators may want to reject and delete the manual merge in progress.

Expected Behavior

  1. Curator clicks on manual merge button in the editor
  2. Curator puts the id of the record to merge
  3. Records are merged
  4. Curator wants to reject the merging and go back by clickink on REJECT MERGE

Current Behavior

Currently, it's not possible to revert a manual merge
