HoldingPen: Workflow: adding CNUM #3476

have to think about when and how. I don't think we can do it before sending the xml to labs. Multiedit on labs? Multiedit on legacy?

Somehow we have to get the CNUMs in.

E.g. how to add the same CNUM to all records https://labs.inspirehep.net/holdingpen/list/?page=1&size=10&q=metadata.publication_info.journal_title:%22J.Phys.Conf.Ser.%22%20AND%20metadata.publication_info.journal_volume:%221029%22

To be defined with content experts at DESY and CERN

for the bulk DESY will add the CNUM to the xml before sending the feeds to labs.

Issue remains when harvesting via publisher spiders directly.
