Expected Behavior
Reportnumbers like DELPHI-2001-138 PHYS 909 or DELPHI Note 2001-138/PHYS-909 should be recognized by refextract
Current Behavior
Currently these are put into $$m
Context
Victor has recently uploaded many DELPHI Notes but they are not gathering any citations.
