Update README with missing tutorials #121

Description There are some tutorials not in the README (e.g: decorator). Update the README to have all links and tutorials from the repository.

I can add list and dicts comprehensions to the README. Also I'm able to work in both tutorials @sabderemane :smile:

@jrafaaael this issue is dedicated to update the README with current tutorials, but if you want to add a new tutorial you can create an issue and check the box that you want to be self-assigned on it :)
