Python and Database #55

On this big repo of Python tutorials I want to add some basic working of Python with Database (MongoDB) tutorial.

@harshmangal1108 sure go ahead. Create the tutorial in a folder called "databases", read the contribution.md and keep the tutorial as simple as possible :)
