Node Support #5

Just added a tiny bit of wrapper code to get this onto Node and NPM as jsfeat v0.0.1 so I can make use of it. I'd be happy to make you the owner if you give me a username to pass ownership to.

build_pyramid won't work because it relies on canvas.

hi i made slightly different NodeJS integration... based on some code i found in other projects. but i wasnt able to test it since id ont use NodeJS myself... can u take a look and confirm if it what u wanted? Thanx.
