Cassandra rules #79

I couldn't find any alert manager rules for this exporter. Is there such file that I can use?

Hi @hadarizi I am not aware of any. If you manage to create one it would be cool to contribute it so folks can use it too. Thank you for your interest.

I mostly used the existing rules from criteo/cassandra_exporter and converted them to rules for instaclustr/cassandra-exporter. @zegelin you may want to add a note in README for Cassandra Prometheus Rules to this project and resolve this.
