Add all environments and datasets to new experiment launcher #7

Many of the environments and datasets from the original OG-MARL release have not been added to the new experiment launcher yet. We are working on adding them as soon as possible. In the interim you can download and use the original version of OG-MARL here: https://sites.google.com/view/og-marl
