Important documentation about runAsUser has been dropped #13

I have no clue why and who did it, but important documentation is missing how to install the webhook with a valid user ID.

Commit 5a07df5922b2a7dc3f6df9c25cbcb328895b9240 dropped it. Author "stan@instana.com" is not useful in this case.

I need that documentation to be restored for a customer case. TIA

Thanks for looking into this @Milica-Cvrkota-IBM. Change introduced with 1.253.2 but the customer is using more recent 1.261.0. OpenShift 4.11, 3scale operator with APIcast 2.13 managed pods are affected by permissions issue. Handling this in Slack thread.
