Ripping off releases from this repo #60

FYI: At Instana we decided to remove all releases from this repository and not to create new ones. The duplicate efforts don't provide much customer benefit. Customers always want to see the latest greatest version. So I've ripped off all releases from this repo and only left the existing tags there. We won't create new tags. Thanks for understanding.
