After I fixed the problem with the signs not working, my friend and I were playing on the mini-games server. After a couple of games, all of the games (listed in the title), stopped working all of a sudden.

Errors in console please, which versions are you running, pvp enabled or not?

Do you mean by "not working" that you can't hit each other? If that's not the case, reopen please, otherwise it's an external issue.
