when i want to connect from my galaxy s3 mini with my d3300 via wu-1a wireless
connector the app crashes every time. I have tried qDslrDashboard version
0.1.14 and 0.1.1. I also tried connecting via usb with the windows version
0.1.1 and 0.1.4, but it freezes too.
Is code handling the d3300 already implemented or will it be in a future
version?

the app still crashes when i want to connect via wlan. My phone is connected to
the wu-1a adapter before starting the. when the app is started, it loses
conection to adapter after 5-10 seconds(red blinking led on the adpter) and
reconnects autoamtically. This happens every 30- 40 seconds. When i want to
connect via wlan while its connected, the screen of the d3300 gets a little
brigther, the led of the adapter is constanly green, before the app crashes
after 1-2 seconds. screen becomes black and jumps back to home screen( app
still running as a task).
Using android version 4.1.2

Do you have the Nikon WMU application installed? Did you exit it as it will try
to connect to camera and preventing qDD from making the connection.

Connecting to the camera works now. changing the camera settings like shutter
speed an iso and so on works. live view with touch autofocus an taking pictures
also works too. this is awesome, thanks for your support so far.
Only thing i found out not working is reviewing pictuers. it shows a black
screen or crashes. i will keep testing and post my results.

Can you delete the log file then start qDD and just enter the image gallery (do
not connect to dslr) and open one jpg file for viewing and then send me the log.

Don't see anything wrong there. The image was loaded, not sure why you don't
see it.
What Android device are you using?
Can you make an image and share it with me (jpg/nef) will try to see if I can
open it (using the same version as you and here it works on Nexus 7 (2012))

is there anyway we can increase the resolution of the live view, and i'm
thinking that the reason the review of a pictures causes the app to crash is
because it probably doesn't support images at 24MP, if its not possible to
increase the live view resolution do you think it possible to fix the review
crash, by the way i'm using V0.1.4d_beta
Thank you for your guys hard work and am Loving your app its the only one that
provides this level of functionality with the Nikon D3300

No it is not possible, that is defined in camera firmware.
It has nothing to do with image resolution as it opens the D800 images and they
are even higher.

It must be the picture download. Because if the pictures are already on my
phone it opens nef and jpeg without problems. When i was in lrtimelapse mode,
it downloads the first picture taken (window pops up with download
progression), wich is not if taking a picture normaly.
Is there a posibilty to take movies? Because i see movie settings to change
(not all modes the d3300 can are listed). Is this the "play" button on the
right site? Because the app crashes when activating it.
