Fixing TERM Variable for 256 colors within tmux #1

By default tmux uses TERM=screen, which breaks some applications and colorschemes, like vifm and so on.

Setting TERM to screen-256color fixes that.

you can actually set it to tmux-256color, which also makes italics work.
