Make spawned terminal floating #4

This PR simply makes the terminal that is spawned to run pacman/yay floating, using the instantfloat window class.

I believe this makes using instantPACMAN less intrusive to your workflow, as it won't mess up the arrangement of your windows with a new tiled window, only to remove that window again in a few seconds anyway.
