Indicate Regions in Docs #172

There is no indication or mention of region in the docs. Could you provide some indication of where the core lives, (my guess is USA?) and what are plans for EU, and other regions in the world?

Having read more, it seems us-east is the current only region. If you want to get global traction, and assist with compliance. Eu-west will be a good start. And then there are Singapore/ Australia/ Africa which is a long way from us-east.
