Summary of Changes

Upgrade the following images to latest alpine release 3.19:

data-sync ddclient dhcp-dns-pxe ez-ipupdate haproxy-keepalived mysqldump mythtv-backend nagios nagiosql openldap postfix postfix-python proftpd rsyslogd samba samba-dc udp-nginx-proxy vsftpd weewx

Also update versions of helm charts for 3rd-party services.
