Fix prefetching after mouseout #122

doesn't that potentially delay prefetching a bit? (we clear, then set the timer again)

you are right, I just changed it to only set a new timeout if the _mouseoverTimer doesn't evaluates to false if (!_mouseoverTimer) {...}
