I broke "show charge mode" #3

I have no idea how it worked, but now it's not working at all.

I think for highcharts, it should show charge modes with plot bands. But different devices can be in different modes. It's complex.

Instead of a mode, I just always capture the mode in the data structure and display it in the tooltips. It's not entirely the same feature, but I can also use it to show plot bands if I so choose. Turns out the tooltip is effective and doesn't clutter up the charts when devices are changing modes frequently and ad slightly different times.
