[human override] Store and display the full conversation in the message window #262

Keep a local record of the conversation in order to display it in the UI, from the moment that the operator takes over until the moment it marks it as resolved. This means:

Store incoming follow up messages
Store outgoing messages
Display them in the proper order and side of the chat

Working properly in version 1e1c51f
