Allow user to be asked for confirmation before updating #24

The app updates silently, but in UAC-enabled environments the user would suddenly see a black screen asking her to allow an update to be installed.

We should allow the user to set she wants to be asked before triggering the update via some notification if she wants - some users will want completely silent updates anyway.
