"wrench" and "cog" icons do nothing #128

The top-right 2 icons are not doing anything. Let's wire them or remove them.

Fixed Issue #128: Added the standard login signup buttons used in all instedd applications + Deleted wrench icon + Link cog icon with its action when the user is logged.
