@jkicillof what's a decent max so pills don't look like a long snail?

I think a pill shouldn't be larger than half of the input's width

Fixed #181, fixed #182, fixed #183. Pill maximum size is limited. Overflow is shown with an ellipsis and a tooltip that appears only when the overflow is present.
