Connect Hub EntitySet as Table #210

Clicking on "Connect Data" button, below tables, should display a list of [Tool]/[Project/App]/[EntitySet].

fixed at 987f016 not yet in master. also fixed the support for updating rows inside a foreach in all kind of tables.

No structs entities supported yet (defered at https://github.com/instedd/mbuilder/issues/230)
