Add a new step that calls a Hub Action #211

For now let's show only single value parameters from the Action. Each parameter can get a pill dropped inside. @jkicillof let's talk about the design for this. To manage all this use the Hub Client Gem

@jkicillof we actually have now a dropdown instead of buttons. We agree that was the best for consistency between foreachs and so on. We will need an icon for the new option.
