Breadcrumb disappears in the "Add a new record" page #236

Found in version 1.1.1-2

Preconditions: user has an application with an external trigger that has a table

  1. Navigate to Applications
  2. Open an application
  3. Select tab Data
  4. Click on "Add new record"

Obtained: there is no breadcrumb showing in the page screen shot 2015-01-07 at 6 54 36 pm

Ok in Version: 1.2-pre1
