500 server error when creating a new application or trigger

Found in version 1.2-pre1

A pop up appears when creating trigger that reads: "Error: We're sorry, but something went wrong (500)"

NOTE: it also happens when creating an application

elasticSearch was down, already fixed and working in version 1.2-pre1
