'Cancel' button/link next to the 'Import' button missing #269

Found in version 1.2-pre1

  1. Open an application and select the 'Data' tab
  2. Create new from CSV
  3. Select CSV and click 'Import'

Obtained: there is no 'Cancel' button/link that goes back to Data.
