Improve discoverability of the menu on column headers #326

Right now there's no hint that right click opens a context menu in the column header of a table. We should probably add a little down arrow on hover. @jkicillof thoughts?

IRL dump we will use an ellipsis icon instead of the delete icon to show the popup and send the delete inside de popup

We could show the text input outline on hover and an ellipsis icon. If the user clicks on the table/column header we go to editing mode and we show the delete icon instead of the ellipsis.

Maybe we can show the two icons? I don't know if it'll be confusing if the delete icon only appears when you edit a column's name.
