WIP - Dockerise 1.5 release #350

Try to move the latest released version (1.5.2) into Docker.

We've run out of budget and will stop trying, but I'll leave this PR here just in case we want to resume working in mBuilder at some point in time.

The build is currently breaking due to some issue trying to load the instedd_telemetry gem.

For future reference, the issue is that the load order of the files in instedd_telemetry at the version that mBuilder is using isn't stable (depends on how the OS resolves a glob), so that's why Docker for Mac was able to build but Github Actions wasn't (I also tried an Ubuntu 22.04 VM, and it too failed).

So upgrading the dependency to at least db0ef5c0e72b8a944befb7b9b88beedb876b296c seems to fix the issue.
