Now, the channel creatio can be submitted in the begining of the wizard

It has the same behavior than Watchfire, as it uses pigeon to create the wizard

@bcardiff should we move this issue to the pigeon repository?

@nditada It's a shared issue. There seems that wizards in pigeon does not advertise when they are completed. The create channel button, today is created by mbuilder.

Pigeon controls are designed to be embedded in a regular form. Allowing pigeon to render a button will break that. So an advertise method seems proper.
