Compute catchment areas for driving/walking #16

The cost associated to each edge in the topology graph will differ depending on whether the person walks or drives a car to the destination. Add a second cost column to the edges table and compute the catchment areas using this value too.

Walking catchment areas was out of scope as we were assuming walking across terrain and not by roads. Is there a point in computing walking catchment areas through roads? In what case will they not be included in the driving catchment areas? Unless we provide the possibility to switch between one view and the other...
