In the new locations algorithm, allow to specify the new facility capacity, in order to measure (and compare) its impact.

There must be something I'm misunderstanding, because I saw that today, the system already allows to specify the new facility capacity.

You can specify the capacity for new facilities, but only after you place them geographically. This task is for specifying it before so the suggestions algorithm can measure the potential demand satisfied by the new facility. Currently the algorithm assumes "infinite" capacity for suggested locations.

OK, so this new input will allow the system to provide better suggestions regarding:

where to locate the new facilities, and with which capacity
which facilities to upgrade, and by which capacity
