New proposal for providers #694

The current representation of providers in the map view has some issues:

  1. Dots do not distinguish among the action that's been taken over the provider in that scenario
  2. The color scale is similar to the map color scale but measured in a different way (fixed % against quartiles)

These issues were conspiring against the user interpretation of the map view.

Here's a new proposal for the map Most of the changes are focused on the providers.

  1. The icons show the action applied to the provider in the scenario (new provider, increased capacity), if there's no action it will just be a dot
  2. The color shows the situation of the provider in 3 options (shortage, covered, excess)
  3. Add the new reference table
