Make landscan population data avaiable as sources in Planwise https://www.un-spider.org/links-and-resources/data-sources/landscan%E2%84%A2-global-population-distribution-dataset-ornl

We should use Global data set

For the time being we should keep the worldpop data also available.

Details

Having so many data sources might affect the UI, currently the selection is done in a simple dropdown. This will be managed by #717

LandScan Global 2022 dataset was imported both in staging & production.
