Allow execution of outgoing calls without a project #828

When a call is executed through the API without an available project, create a new project named "Default" (if the call is executed with basic authentication) or with the name of the client application (if the call is executed through OAuth authentication).

Ok in Version dev-3d17906 (build 578)
