Issue Description

Current State

We want users not to update the recipe again when they change table to query.

Why We Want to Change?

Users set up BigQuery component with json_key & project_id & dataset_id, and they can see all tables & columns.

Proposed Change

Modify GetDefinition implementation.
Modify definition.json
