Erasing tiles isnt reflected correctly in mini map navigator

I showed this issue to Brian yesterday. To recreate:

1) draw a two tile thick line (ground) on the stage - observe the lines in the navigator 2) select the erase tool and erase an empty tile above the two lines - and observe it erasing the line one tile below the erase point
